Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya (CBSE) is a sister institution of Sarvodaya Vidyalaya (ICSE) established on June 3, 2002 by the Late Major Arch Bishop and Catholicos His Beautitude Moran Mor Cyril Baselios. On April 1, 2003 the school got affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (No. CBSE affiliation 930467). On January 22, 2007, + 2 Course was sanctioned (AISSCE) offering admission to Science & Humanities group.
His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, the Major Archbishop of Trivandrum is the patron of the school. The school functions under the Malankara Catholic Educational Society, which is a registered Society for the unaided CBSE Schools in the Major Archdiocese of Trivandrum.
