Academic Year

The Academic Year starts in June and ends in March. All the public holidays are holidays for the school. Termly holidays are given during Onam, Christmas and Mid summer.

Admission

  • Application form for the K G Section & Ist Standard will be issued in the month of October.
  • Application for class XI will be issued on the day the AISSE results are published.

The principal reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

Admission to all classes are strictly restricted to the number of vacancies arising in each class every year. Separate application forms will be issued for such admissions and a selection test will be conducted on a date announced at the end of every academic year. There will be no new admissions to standard IX and X

Students seeking admission from other states or countries should produce Transfer certificate countersigned by competent educational authorities /embassies of the state or country

Note : Relaxation in age limit will not be granted.

Examinations

  • REMODELLED ASSESSMENT STRUCTURE FOR CLASSES I TO VIII

    The assessment structure and examination for classes I to VIII comprises of two terms ie, Term I [100 marks - 20 marks Periodic Assessment +80 marks for Half Yearly exam ] and Term II [100 marks- 20 marks Periodic Assessment +80 marks for Yearly exam]

  • Remodelled assessment structure for Classes IX & X

    80 Marks [Board Examination] along with 20 Marks {Internal Assessment – Periodic Test [10 marks ] + Note book Submission [5 marks]+ Subject Enrichment Activity [ 5 marks]}

  • The students of class XI will have Quarterly, Half Yearly, Pre- Annual and Annual Exam.

  • The Students of class XII will have Quarterly, Half Yearly and Model Exam.

Promotions

  • Promotion to a higher class is based on a student’s overall performance in the various examinations conducted during the year. Please see the Report card for details.
  • Results are declared at the end of every academic year and are final in all cases. Result will be with held if fees are not paid for all the 12 months of the year
  • The promotion lists will be put on the School notice board. Result will be communicated to the parents or students by any other means

Note : Request for the review of the results will not be entertained.

Withdrawals

  • Advance application signed by the parent or guardian is required for withdrawing a student from the school.
  • If a pupil is admitted to or withdrawn from the school in the middle of a term, tuition fee for the whole term should be paid.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all dues are cleared and all books returned to the library.
  • The Principal may ask a parent/guardian to withdraw a child, if the child does not comply with the discipline of the school or is incapable of coping up with the curriculum.

Classes KG to 4: White shirt with half sleeves with school emblem, Navy blue Shorts, Navy blue socks & Black shoe, White vest, Belt embossed with school emblem.
Classes 5 to 7: White shirt with half sleeves with school emblem, White vest, Navy blue pants (Neither low waist nor pencil cut is allowed) Navy blue socks & Black shoe, Belt embossed with school emblem.
Classes 8 to 10: White shirt with half sleeves with school emblem, White vest, Navy blue pants (Neither low waist nor pencil cut is allowed), Navy blue socks & Black shoe, Belt embossed with school emblem
Classes 11 to 12: White shirt with half sleeves with school emblem, White vest, Navy blue tie with white stripes, Navy blue pants (Neither low waist nor pencil cut is allowed, Navy blue socks & Black shoe, Belt embossed with school emblem.

NB: Students of classes V to XII should also wear belts with school emblem embossed on it.


GIRLS

Classes KG to 4: White shirt with half sleeves, Chequered pinafore with 'V' neck with school emblem, Navy blue tights, Navy blue socks (knee length), Black shoe & White bow or hair band.
Classes 5 to 7: White Pleated shirt with half sleeves with school emblem, Chequered midi skirt, Navy blue Tights, Navy blue socks (knee length), Black shoe & hair plaited on two sides tied with White band.
Classes 8: White shirt with half sleeves, Chequered midi skirt, Navy blue Tights, Chequered sleeveless overcoat with school emblem, Navy blue socks (knee length), Black shoe & hair plaited on two sides tied with White band.
Classes 9 to 12: Chequered Kurti, Safari collared white over coat with school emblem, pleated white salwar with chequered piping at the ankle, Navy blue socks, Black shoe & hair plaited on two sides tied with White band.
